Designed for remote workers and digital nomads, the Nomad Residence Permit grants your temporary residence in order to work and live in Malta. Acquiring the Nomad Visa requires you to maintain a minimum gross income and pay a minor administrative fee.

Aimed towards entrepreneurs and business owners, the Startup Residence Program through company investment allows you to establish and operate your start-up business in Malta. Meeting certain conditions, including but not limited to the fact that the start-up is recently formed, has not yet distributed a profit, and is not formed through a merger, grants you access to the economic benefits of the country being an EU and EEA member.
