Residency Malta Agency

Through the Residency Malta Agency, the following programmes are available.

Applying for Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) grants you and your family permanent residency in Malta through a direct contribution and administration fee, in possession of a property (rented or owned), insurance as well as a minor donation.

Designed for remote workers and digital nomads, the Nomad Residence Permit grants your temporary residence in order to work and live in Malta.  Acquiring the Nomad Visa requires you to maintain minimum gross income and pay a minor administrative fee.

Aimed towards entrepreneurs and business owners, the Startup Residence Programme through company investment allows you to establish and operate your start up business in Malta. Meeting certain conditions including but not limited to the fact that the startup in recently formed, has not yet distributed a profit and is not formed through a merger,  grants you access to the economic benefits of the country being a EU and EEA member.

International and Corporate Tax Unit.

Through the International and Corporate Tax Unit, the following programmes are available.

  • Global Residence Programme (GRP)
  • The Residence Programme (TRP)
  • Malta Retirement Programme (MRP)
  • United Nations Pensions Programme (UNPP)

The Global Residence Programme designed for non-EU nationals, allows you to obtain residence in Malta. Given certain conditions are met this programme provides you with minimum taxation on an annual basis as well as the various benefits of residing in an EU member state.

The Residence Programme designed for EEA and EU nationals, allows you to obtain residence in Malta. Upon meeting the applicable conditions this programme provides you with the various benefits of residing in Malta including but not limited to annualized minimum taxation and living conditions.

Malta Retirement Programme (MRP) aimed towards prospective retirees, through possession of a property (rented or owned), stated conditional requirements you are able to settle in Malta and enjoy the benefits that come with.  The MRP provides favourable taxation conditions and Visa Free Travel to many countries.

The United Nations Pensions Programme (UNPP) if conditions are met, grants recipients of UN pensions with residency in Malta. Through possession of a property (rented or owned) you are able to reside in Malta enjoying the perks that come with.
