The MRP provides favourable taxation conditions and Visa Free Travel to many countries.
The United Nations Pensions Programme (UNPP) if conditions are met, grants recipients of UN pensions with residency in Malta. Through possession of a property (rented or owned) you are able to reside in Malta enjoying the perks that come with.
